30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. The return window starts on the date of delivery.
Return eligibility
Your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, with its included parts. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us for assistance.
How to request a return
Email info@ocala-container.com or call 352-540-8808. Include your order number and the reason for your return. Contact us before sending an item back so we can coordinate return freight.
Return freight
Ocala Containers pays the return freight. Customers are not responsible for the return freight charge.
Refunds
We will inspect the returned item and email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 working days after the returned goods are received at our location. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
The original outbound shipping charge is non-refundable.
