How to Prepare Your Site for Shipping Container Delivery

Shipping container delivery goes more smoothly when the site is ready before the truck arrives. Whether you are buying for a home, farm, construction site, warehouse, or retail property, access and placement planning matter.

Measure the Access Route

Check the full path from the road to the placement area. Look for narrow gates, low branches, overhead wires, fences, tight turns, parked vehicles, and soft ground. The delivery truck needs enough room to approach, unload, and exit safely.

Choose a Level Surface
